Whispersync
I am a big fan of Amazon’s Whispersync. With Whispersync, I can start a book on my Kindle and automatically sync to my furthest read position when I start the Audible app on my phone. I’ve found that I can almost double the amount of books I consume by using this feature. I read on my Kindle and catch up in the car or at the gym. Best of all, Amazon cuts you a deal when you purchase both the eBook and the Audible download. Just go to the eBook page and look for the dialogue box that says add Audible narration. The price is generally 50% off or more. (Note: You don’t have to be an Audible subscriber to take advantage of Whispersync. Both of my audiobooks are available from other vendors besides Amazon, including Kobo, Apple, library rental, and Spotify.)
